mojTaxi Touch’n’Go Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the personal information you decide to share, and help you make informed decisions when using mojTaxi smartphone app, website, or other services we provide, located at www.mojtaxi.ba and its directly associated domains (collectively, “MojTaxi” or “Website”)

The Information We Collect
When you visit or use our app MojTaxi you provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us and Web Site use information collected by us as you interact with our Web Site.

Data that you voluntarily provide
The individual must provide the Data requested during registration to mojTaxi or registration to any Service at mojTaxi.ba in the required fields of the questionnaire, indicated by an asterisk(*), in order to benefit from the service or the desired offer. Without this information, the person’s registration for the Service or offer will not be effective and the person will not be able to benefit from this Service or offer. Answers to the fields that are not indicated with an asterisk (*) are optional.
If you want to use mojTaxi app you are asked to provide personal data like your name, address, telephone number, age, GPS location and similar. Some of them are requested and indicated by an asterisk(*), in order to prevent false calls to taxi drivers. If indicated on the form, we will share information with a 3rd party. If you do not want to share that information with a 3rd party you should not register. We may display statistical data of but we will not display it on the site, give, sell or share with 3rd party.
We use the information that you voluntarily provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, enabling service that mojTaxi offers, statistical purposes, improving our service and communicating more effectively with you.
Automatic Information
mojTaxi receives and stores certain types of information automatically whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use ‘cookies’. Access and control over most personal information on mojTaxi is readily available through the profile editing tools. mojTaxi users may modify or delete any of their profile information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately. Individuals who wish to deactivate their mojTaxi account may do so on the My Account page. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to members of mojTaxi.
